What should I do after placing my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you. You simply have to respond in the format outlined in the email and submit your images. After which, we will send the designs for your approval before configuring & sending for 3D printing.

How do you generate your customized figurines?
Our customized figurines are generated with the assistance of AI and further edited using CAD software. This allows us to deliver faster, create more affordable and higher quality DIY Kits to you!
I want to display my figurines. Is there any display kits that I can purchase?
In short, YES! You may view the products in the 'Miscellaneous' section which contains a variety of display kits to elevate your unique figurines.
Why are Gift-Ready products more expensive than DIY Kits?
We recognize that not everyone have the time to do the DIY kit. Gift-ready items come fully finished — hand-painted, polished, and beautifully packaged, ready to be given as a heartfelt gift.
Hence, they are more expensive than DIY kits because each piece is lovingly hand-painted by our artists, which takes extra time, skill, and care.
